Feng Shou Kung Fu
Feng Shou is the most gentle Chinese martial art : it is just as effective a method of self-defence
as other styles of Kung Fu, but it makes use of the dynamic non-aggressive force of inner energy (Chi) instead of brute muscular strength.
There is within everyone this internal power.
Feng Shou Sabre
Tao Shu is the Chinese name for our sabre art. This comprises of a set of movements that use the sabre (curved sword). MORE TO COME.
Feng Shou Staff
Kuai Chang Shu is the staff art, Likewise, as above. MORE TO COME.
Poison Hand
Poison Hand (Tu Shou) is the name given to a set of exercises that incorporate a series of defensive arm and leg movements,
which are always practised very softly, slowly and gently. However, these sets also include a number of hand and leg strikes which must all be practised
regularly, so that you can gradually build them up into lightning-fast striking actions, harmonised with high speed changes in the
various striking units that we use.
Tu Shou therefore, was primarily designed by our Taoist masters, as a high-speed hand training with the ultimate aim
of enabling you to strike at various targets with the speed of lightning.
Tu Shou consists of 14 different sets of movements in all. You will find them fairly easy to learn as they all have the same sequence and the only
changes that makes one set different from the others is the three hand strikes which are incorporated into each set.
